Our Academic Pathway

Early Childhood
Ages 3–5

Preschool (ages 3–4) and Kindergarten (age 5) provide a warm and secure environment where each child is supported with care and attention. Small class sizes ensure a stimulating and personalized learning experience, respecting every student’s interests, needs, and individuality as they begin a meaningful and enriching educational journey.

Elementary School
Ages 6 - 10

Elementary School (Grades 1–4), building on the foundations of Early Childhood, supports students’ academic, emotional, and social development. The program strengthens core skills across all subject areas, while fostering creativity and a healthy balance between teamwork and independence.

Middle School
Ages 11 - 14

Middle School strengthens students’ mastery of the English language, develops critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and prepares them to thrive in a global and multicultural environment. Through the continuous support of our teaching team, each student gains the skills and confidence needed to successfully transition to international High Schools or the Italian Liceo (Scuola Secondaria di II Grado).

I have been in Saint Francis International School since I was three. I’ve learned a lot. First, I learned how to make friendships but above all with the teachers. I have learned to take the first step forward. I learned that honesty is the first thing you need to think of. I learned all these things thanks to the teachers. The teachers were sweet, which they still are. They supported me and support me even now in tough moments. They encouraged me when I was shy and made me laugh. They are the best teachers ever! I will never forget them! I definitely recommend Saint Francis. I find it the best school ever!

As parents of two kids in the Early Childhood department, we have seen so much to inspire confidence in our children being here. The quality of teaching is amazing, with emphasis not just on good results but on growing in confidence and developing into capable and happy children. It has been very encouraging to see how much our elder child, who has attended Saint Francis since Preschool, has learnt in this environment - he is thoroughly enjoying school and his self-confidence grows daily. My youngest child, who just turned three, recently joined EC. Teachers, assistance and staff have been very supporting and caring in her difficult transition from home to school. She is now happy to go to school and daily reports enriching and fun experiences with her teachers and fellow classmates. Ultimately, we are grateful to have the opportunity to be part of the Saint Francis school community.

Our wonderful travel in the magical world of Preschool and Kindy at Saint Francis has finished, and now our two children started the new one in Elementary with strong personal, linguistical and learning skills that Preschool and Kindy fantastic teachers had planted in their mind and soul! Thanks for these great unforgettable years!

I have been in Saint Francis since fourth grade; the teachers always find ways to make our lessons more entertaining with a variety of activities. Over the past five years, the teachers have helped me discover my passions for art, science, and literature. I enjoyed my time at St. Francis and wouldn't want it any other way.
