We are a member of the RISA schools group. The group comprises the foremost English-speaking international schools in Rome. We benefit from close ties with the other major international schools in Rome, including opportunities for collaborative learning and competitive events.
Our children learn through native or fully fluent English teachers from a range of countries, each professionally qualified as a classroom teacher.
Our one-form entry system is perfect for our Early Childhood groups, where learning is structured using an engaging curriculum that draws on a range of successful models and is rooted in play and exploration.
As a community-based school, we keep close links with our children and families, ensuring that we get to know them well.
We maintain excellent relationships between teachers and children, following and supporting them from arrival to graduation on their 11-year pathway at our school. We are always sad to see the children leave us at 14 years of age!
In comparison to other international schools in Rome, St. Francis International School offers excellent value for the quality of its programme.
