October in Grade 2

Grade 2 have been putting their art skills into practice to consolidate their knowledge of animal groups. They have begun to learn the skill of sketching, and then added watercolours to their chosen animal. As you can see, these are masterpieces to be proud of! We have also been using our excellent knowledge of animals to work collaboratively with Grade 1 to research focus animals before creating oral presentations and artwork during our special animal theme week. This month we have also been enjoying some fantastic show and tells.
